Bill Coleman brings a unique combination of economic development and telecommunications expertise to CTAC. Bill has 15 years of economic development experience with the MN Department of Trade & Economic Development, including the Minnesota Star City and Business Retention and Expansion programs; he is also a past board member of the Economic Development Association of Minnesota. He served as Onvoy's lead consultant for telecommunications and technology development efforts in Itasca County, the West Central region and the Northwest Gateway.
