Blandin Foundation
Bill Coleman is community coach and leader of the current Community Broadband Resource Program and previously their Get Broadband project, sponsored by the Blandin Foundation. He also works with the Blandin Foundation broadband strategy board. Blandin Foundation promotes the active engagement of communities in ensuring their own telecommunications and technology vitality, ranging from market development activities to infrastructure and service improvements.

Dakota Future
Bill serves as executive director of Dakota Future, the countywide economic development corporation serving Dakota County, MN. Bill is leading Dakota Future’s Intelligent Community Initiative. This coalition of business, education and government has set a goal to be a global TOP SEVEN Intelligent Community by 2012. Dakota Future is also managing a MN DEED FIRST Grant project to build and support the county’s IT workforce.

Eden Prairie
CTAC worked with the Eden Prairie Technology Task Force to help them assess their current and future technology needs and strategies to help their local task force make recommendations for the city council.

Todd County
With help from CTAC, Todd County has completed another industry cluster assessment. The healthcare assessment is currently in draft form and will be available soon through the web site.

East Central
CTAC worked with East Central to complete a comprehensive broadband technology assessment of current uses and future needs to help define gaps and to create a strategy that will ensure that future technology plans meet the needs of area residents and businesses.
